Christmas Gift Guide 2014 - Under £5

With Christmas just over a month away (I seriously cannot contain my excitement!) I thought I would check out what the stores have to offer. Boots is always a winner for me, they have brought back the 3 for 2 offer.

I'm starting my Christmas Gift Guide off this year with my picks that are £5 and under.

Baylis and Harding Beauticology always produce such cute Christmas gifts. They smell AMAZING!
This gift set contains a sparkly gingerbread body wash, strawberry frosting soap and frosted cranberry body wash. Sounds good enough to eat! Available in Boots for £5.

How cute is this! Such a lovely idea, although I'm not so sure Christmas Eve is very appropriate seen a it'll be being opened on Christmas Day. I've not seen these in store yet but I'm sure that they will be. Yankee Candles are my favourite candles. Available in Boots for £2.99.

I love these from Champneys! Each cracker contains a mini bath creme. They are £10 for all four but I would split them and give as stocking fillers to friends and family, works out at £2.50 each cracker. Available in Boots.

To be honest, I'd just buy this for the tin, I love the vintage look. It'd make a lovely gift for someone who's into that. Available in Tesco, currently on offer at £5.

BHS have the most adorable range this year. I love owls and I am forever  making notes so I adore this notebook. They have a whole stationary range with owls on. I love all of it haha. This is £5 and available online and instore. They also have them in a sausage dog design and Alice in Wonderland, which I want so bad! (Put them on my Christmas list).

Owl sticky notes £5 available online and instore.

Twhoooo cute! £5 online and instore.

Prints with sausage dogs on must be an in thing this year. This gorgeous manicure set from Superdrug would make a lovely stocking filler. It's currently on offer at £3.50 instore and online.

I love have brought these back this year, I think they're a take on the Body Shop cubes. This gift set contains bubble bath, shower creme, body lotion and a body puff. Really lovely idea. I've tried a few products from the I love range and been impressed, they smell delicious! They are on offer at the moment at £3.50 online and instore.

They've also bought back the mini's! I love these, a perfect way to try the whole range of scents! And perfect for travel. They're also on offer at £4.00 online and instore.

I love these from Nivea! They also have a male version. The bauble contains a moisturising cream, roll-on deodorant, and lip balm, all in a mini version of the full size, although I'm pretty sure that the lip balm will be full sized. They're currently on offer for £4.50 online and instore.

What are you Christmas picks this year?

Keep a look out for my Under £10 & Under £20 Gift Guides coming shortly!

Makeup Revolution - Lipstick Crime

Everyone who knows me knows I love a pinky shade lipstick with a blue hue to it, it suits my skin tone and the blue hue makes my teeth look whiter.

So, when I picked up the lipstick 'Lipstick Crime' from Makeup Revolution, I knew I would get so much wear out of it.

Although it is slightly more of a purpley shade, it is such a lovely colour.

The colour pay off is simply stunning. I am seriously impressed by Makeup Revolution atm. Especially the lipsticks!

For £1, I can see this becoming a staple product in my make up bag!

MUA Hall Of Fame Palette

I recently saw this palette advertised on the MUA website. And to my delight they also had it in my local store, I couldn't believe my eyes!

It's called the 'Hall Of Fame' and contains 12 of MUA's most popular shades.

I have to say, I do agree. I would actually wear all of the shades in the palette (not all at the same time of course!)

There are a mixture of matte and shimmer shades, but all of which are very wearable.

What I am most impressed with is the colour pay off. They are all true to shade.

On the back of the palette is shows you the names of all the shadows, such a lovely idea!

For £4, it is a complete steal! Such a lovely addition to my collection.

Makeup Revolution - Lipstick Beloved

I decided to visit the Makeup Revolution stand again in my local Superdrug after being very impressed by the vamp lipstick I picked up before.

This time I picked a matte shade called Beloved. (I do love that they have names and not just numbers)!

It's a my lips but better colour, and again has great colour pay off. This again was only £1. You seriously cannot go wrong!

It is a really lovely matte colour. I think I will get a lot of wear out of this shade.

MUA Matte Eyeshadow - Smoke

I have never owned a black eyeshadow, and have always been intrigued to use it as an eyeliner and blend it out.

I picked up this single shadow from MUA. They have recently re-vamped their whole eyeshadow collection, giving them names instead of just numbers, which I love! The name of this eyeshadow is 'Smoke'.

As the name suggests, it is a lovely smoky black shade. It is matte and contains no shimmer.

I am very impressed with this shade, the colour pay off is fantastic and it stays put! I can't wait to try out some looks using it.

MUA is available in Superdrug online or instore. They are seriously worth checking out! I use a lot of their products on a daily basis! :)

Makeup Revolution - Lipstick 100% Vamp

I noticed a new stand in my local Superdrug recently by the make up brand Makeup Revolution. I've not seen many reviews about this brand but upon testing out some of their products on the back of my hand in store, I am highly impressed, especially for the price!

The brand to me is a lot like MUA. There are some serious gems. I love that the brand is on trend with the current season looks, stocking quirky lipsticks.

I picked up a lipstick from their 'Vamp shade' range. It's called 100% Vamp and is perfect for Halloween.

Up on first swatching it, it looks black, but it does have a plum tone to it, it is however very, very dark. The colour pigmentation is amazing!

Some high end products don't give that much colour pay off, so for just £1! It is a serious bargain in my eyes, well lips ;).

I will definitely be trying out more from Makeup Revolution. I would love to read your reviews of what you think to their products.
