These are a firm favourite and a design of cupcake that I always find myself reverting back to when I'm out of ideas. They are made out of mini marshmallows, cut in half diagonally and pressed into sprinkles. I arrange them to make them look like flowers. I personally think they give an awesome effect and you can make them in a variety of colours, depending on what sprinkles you have.
