These were one of the first batches of cupcakes that I ever made. I was at this time (June last year) playing around with my new plunger cutters and learning along the way. I made these for my friends 30th birthday, she cried when she saw them! I'm really pleased with how they turned out, and I can also see how I've improved up to now. This buttercream was made with marg, and being my picky self I can see a slight yellowy tinge to it, I now use pure butter which gives it an amazing white colour and creamy effect.
